Temporary Staffing:

Contract-to-Hire:

Allows an employer to evaluate a candidate's performance on the job before offering them a permanent position.

Resources on Roll (RoR):

We provide RoR model to host your hired practitioners on our payroll – for short or long term and provide all necessary administration and overseeing support for the practitioner. Additionally, the practitioner received relevant training for performance improvement and career enhancement

In both these cases, we focus  on specific areas within IT, such as ERP, cybersecurity, cloud services, and new-edge digital tools

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) :

We help with your entire recruitment process - from sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking to coordinate offer letters and onboarding of skilled professionals. We do it with close coordination with your hiring and business team – in an agile approach

To deliver solution as per your need, we have a dedicated team in Workforce Management LoS and will have fulltime points of contact for specific cases.

Each practitioner undergoes a basic program of mandatory training relating to ethics and compliance, cyber security, data privacy etc upon onboarding to ProItcon. Additionally, each practitioner signs an NOC with the company and is placed into an engagement only after his or her background checks are completed.

All our practitioners have a career coach assigned who guides on career plan and the training requirements for upgrading of technical and softskills. Each practitioner needs to complete a certain hours of training in every financial year – supported by our training team – in hybrid set up (online and in-person). Annual performance measurement takes care of feedback from the client representative and the assigned coach.
